Working Together For Our School

School Council establishes the broad direction and vision of the school within the school community. It is a legally formed body and is able to directly influence the quality of education provided to our students. Click on the link to see our 2020 school council members.

PARENT'S CLUB

The school has an active Parent's Club which raises funds each year to enable us to give our children the best education we can. For more information about our Parent's Club please contact the school office.

CHAPLAINCY

Caring for our Students

The School has a Chaplain, Norm De Silva. The Chaplain helps provide an environment in which students, staff and school families are nurtured. The Chaplain works with our Welfare team to provide on-going support to students; he assists students deal with peer group pressure, family issues, bullying, relationship issues, grief and loss, self-esteem and faith issues. He also helps implement the school's Health and Well-being program. Norm works with us two days a week.

Arty Gras - Fun for Everyone

ANNUAL ART SHOW

On Mother's Day weekend every year the Parent's Club holds the Mirboo North Art Show. This Art Show is acclaimed and is now central to a festival that runs for the whole weekend called "Arty Gras". The Art Show also provides a showcase for our students' artwork which is auctioned off in a major fundraiser for our school. For more information visit click on the link below.
